How We Verify Every Shipment

Source Qualification

We vet every supplier for consistent grade quality, bale integrity, and contamination history before any material enters our supply chain.

Weight Verification

Bale weights are verified at origin. Underweight or inconsistent bales are flagged and rejected before loading.

Moisture Testing

Moisture content is tested at the source facility. Material exceeding grade thresholds is not shipped.

Loading Inspection

Container loading is documented with photographs. Loading plans ensure weight distribution and material protection during transit.

Documentation Provided with Every Container

Every shipment includes a Bill of Lading, moisture test report (TAPPI T412), certificate of quality, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Below are redacted samples.
